Very well located, bright apartment, by the ocean, 3 balconies, garage, natural piscine at the foot of the building. Small shops nearby. 15 min from Santa Cruz. Our host gave us some great tips to make the most of our stay in Tenerife.

Daniel met us on arrival and explained everything to us. He also came to the house to suit our departure time to check that all had been good for us and it had. We communicated easily with him to coordinate our arrival and did not need him during our stay.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies by property and booking platform. Typically, cancellations made 45 days in advance receive a full refund, but last-minute cancellations may result in partial or no refunds. Please refer to the specific cancellation terms on the platform where you booked.

Is cleaning included in my stay?
Yes, cleaning is included between each guest stay. If you need additional cleaning services during your stay, please let us know, and we can arrange it for an additional fee.
How do I book one of your managed properties?
You can alternatively book our properties through the acdctenerifeservices.com website or through popular platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo. After booking, we’ll provide you with all the necessary details for your stay.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is typically after 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. If you need to arrange a late check-in or late check-out, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, extra charges may apply.

What services does your property management company provide?
We offer a full range of services including marketing your property on rental platforms, guest check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance coordination, dynamic pricing, and handling all guest communication. We take care of everything to maximize your rental income while ensuring your property remains in excellent condition.
How do you market my property?
We create optimized listings with professional photos and descriptions for platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. We also manage guest reviews and regularly update the listing to ensure it stays competitive in the market.
What fees do you charge for property management?
Our fees are based on a percentage of your rental income. This percentage covers all our property management services. Any additional services, such as major repairs or upgrades, will be billed separately with your approval.
Can I use my property when I want?
Yes, you can block off dates for personal use. Simply notify us in advance so we can block your calendar and prevent any overlapping bookings.
How do you set rental prices?
We use dynamic pricing strategies that adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, local events, and market trends. This ensures your property is competitively priced to maximize occupancy and revenue.
