The space
Ideally located, in an area sought after for its amenities and relaxed lifestyle, you are in the heart of the seaside resort of Costa Adeje, yet in the peace and quiet of the property.
The dining room can be opened through a veranda system. There are 3 terraces, one at the front, one at the back and one on the first floor of the house depending on whether you are looking for sun or coolness. The living room and kitchen have been refurbished with quality equipment.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed: 1 on the ground floor with en-suite shower room, 1 in the basement with en-suite shower room and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor where there is also a bathroom.
There is a garage in the basement with direct access to the house.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire villa with a garage and the shared swimming pool.
Once on site, you have access to restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets and the beach on foot.
